Sunil Kumar Mittal did B. Com. (H) from Delhi University and thereafter completed his LL.B from Delhi University in the year 1982. Since then he has been practicing continuously as an advocate before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India; Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and its Subordinate Courts and Tribunals such as DRAT, NCLT/NCLAT, NCDRC and other Consumer Forums. He has dealt with the cases like Constitutional Writs (Civil & Criminal); Appeals & Revisions (Civil & Criminal); LPA; Cases under Arbitration Act, Civil Suits, Anti-Corruption Matters etc. Mr. Mittal have also represented various sports bodies like Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) and Badminton Association of India (BAI) for conducting their cases including Arbitration Matters.
